This dose is equivalent to 2 strong cups of coffee and free of carcinogenic substances, negating the positive effects of caffeine contained in regular coffee. Caffeine is the most efficient stimulant of burning unwanted fat deposits.

Recommended Dosage: On training days, take 1 capsule (200 mg) about 30-45 minutes before training. On non-training days at any time of the day. Do not use before bed.
