1. Basic information on the handling

You can visit our websites without us collecting any personal data from you. 2. Transfer of personal data

2.1 The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.

2.2 When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "purchase on account" via PayPal, we pass on your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") as part of the payment processing. PayPal reserves the right to conduct a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "purchase on account" via PayPal. PayPal uses the result of the credit check with regard to the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they have their basis in a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Among other things, address data is included in the calculation of the score values. 2.3 If the goods are delivered by the transport service provider DHL (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn, Germany), we will pass on your e-mail address to DHL before the goods are delivered for the purpose of coordinating a delivery date, provided you have expressly consented to this as follows:

"I consent to my e-mail address being passed on to DHL (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn, Germany) so that DHL can contact me by e-mail prior to delivery of the goods for the purpose of coordinating a delivery date. I can revoke my consent given in this regard to you at any time."

Otherwise, we will only pass on the name of the recipient and the delivery address to DHL. In this case, prior coordination of the delivery date with DHL is not possible.

3. Cookies

 In order to make visiting our website more attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device. When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Instagram. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Instagram directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged in to Instagram. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged in to Instagram, Instagram can directly assign your visit to our website to your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Instagram camera" button, this information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there. 5. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area

 Please note that some recipients may not be located in the European Economic Area. If this is the case, we will only transfer your data to countries approved by the European Commission with an adequate level of data protection or ensure an adequate level of data protection through a legal agreement.
